Our areas of operation
Circle 33 works directly across London in 21 Local Authority Areas, although the vast majority (75%) of its directly managed stock is concentrated in 5 Core Boroughs – Camden, Hackney, Haringey, Islington and Waltham Forest – all of which share common characteristics:
- Low levels of unemployment but with the majority of job growth in the low wage service sector
- High house and land prices, sustained demand for affordable housing and high levels of homelessness
- A growing and rapidly changing BME population (23% London wide average BME populations – average for some boroughs at over 50%
- High concentrations and pockets of deprivation in close proximity to relative affluence.
