Circle 33 Volunteer secures employment
Circle 33 volunteer secures employement with a partner organisation after completing on the job training, experience and an NVQ in the employment advisory field.
Paula joined Ways into Work after an appointment with our employment advisor. She started to volunteer with us as an administrative support and then started providing basic advice and support to local unemployed residents. Through gaining on-the-job training and experience, along with an NVQ in this field, Paula has just successfully secured a full-time role with a partner landlord in the same field.
As part of our commitment in supporting this City Strategy pathfinder employment programme, we provided volunteer placements and qualification support in addition to our target of supporting 200 people into training or employment programmes.
