Jeff will be responsible for Circle 33’s 15,603 homes in and around London, ensuring it continues to build on its successes and delivers on its mission to enhance life chances across the capital.
Jeff Baker joins Circle 33 from the Guinness Partnership, where he has been a group director for the last 11 years. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in Social Housing. He has held several high profile roles in local authorities and housing associations, managing large new development and sales, housing management and maintenance programmes.
As a former chair of the board of the Tenant Participation Advisory Service, Jeff has also served in non-executive roles on boards of governance and was an executive member of the board of the Guinness Trust. Jeff has a particular interest in supported housing and has developed a number of residential and care homes, and for many years was Chairman of a small specialist association for blind people.
Jeff Baker will be reporting into Carol Carter, Group Regional Operations Director for Circle Anglia. Carol said: “I’m very pleased that Jeff is joining Circle Anglia as Circle 33’s new Managing Director and I am looking forward working with him, leading the team at Circle 33 onto the next stage of an exciting journey.”
