If you don’t have any contents insurance for your furniture, belongings and decorations in your home and they get damaged by fire, vandalism, burst pipes, or are even stolen from within your home, you will be responsible for replacing them yourself. Don’t get caught out by the unexpected as there is an easy way to ensure this doesn’t happen to you!
Circle Anglia has negotiated a cheap and affordable Contents Insurance scheme, open to all Circle Anglia tenants and leaseholders, which covers against most damage or theft. The scheme is arranged through Norwich Union (now Aviva) and it offers tenants peace of mind along with numerous additional benefits such as cheap monthly instalments, minimum sums insured and a wide range of payment methods.
Unlike other policies available on the high street, this scheme can be paid in a number of ways either annually or by monthly instalments and the cost of the insurance is very competitive. Accidental damage is not covered as standard; however a full accidental damage option may be available at an additional cost.
The typical cost of this insurance premium for Inner London properties is

£6,000* | £4.23 | £4.76 | £45.49 | £53.01 |
