Request or view information
As a Circle 33 resident, it is now possible to view your rent statements (plus your repairs history and pending repairs), by creating an account on the website.
If you've already created your account, click 'My account' above, and log in.
If you still need to create an account, you'll need a contactable email address, your Allpay reference number, and your tenant ID to hand. If you're having problems, contact our Income Team.
Requesting a statement
You can also request rent information by other means. If you wish to discuss or have rent information sent to you, contact our Income Team.
