Feedback from the SIGs is reported to the Senior Management Team for Circle Support and directly impacts on how we run our services.
We also organise Service Improvement Forums. These forums provide an important link between you and the staff who manage your service. They provide the chance to meet other service users and have your say on a range of issues relating to the service. If you live in a sheltered scheme, SHAP is your Improvement Forum and you attend as a representative of your scheme, so it is important that you feedback to others at your residents meeting.
