Specialist Housing Management
Our experienced and trained Specialist Housing Management officers provide support with claiming Housing Benefit and moving into a new property. Our teams also provide tenancy management and advice services on rent payments, repairs and anti-social behaviour.
Tenants and service users are provided with a named officer, who works closely with care and support providers to provide a service which meets their individual needs.
In addition, the Specialist Housing Management team works in partnership with 22 managing agents, who provide Housing Management services on our behalf to a wide range of client groups.
In keeping with our mission of Enhancing Life Chances, our Adaptations Service provides adaptations to tenants living in Circle 33 and Russet properties. These enable people to live independently in their own homes.
