What does the management service include?

Circle Living's residential lettings management service includes the following:

  • We take responsibility for collecting the rent from your tenants and will send a
    monthly payment to your bank account.
  • We will lead on rent arrears issues and evictions, where necessary
  • We are the first point of contact for your tenants to deal with any queries or issues.
  • We will handle day to day repair issues, using experienced contractors – we will
    confirm the cost of any necessary repairs and maintenance work up front before
    the works are carried out. You will benefit from the excellent rates and service we
    have secured for the management of our own substantial portfolio of rental properties.
  • We will manage emergency out of hour’s repairs so you don’t have to worry about calls in the middle of the night.
    (We’ll cover the cost of these repairs and recharge afterwards).
  • We have a financial services arm to our Group and can assist with insurance options to protect your property and your investment income.
  • You’ll have a dedicated account manager to be your first point of contact, to offer you a personal service and excellent lines of communication
  • We can arrange rental furniture packages if required, at bulk rates to save you
    money and maximise your investment potential.
  • We can arrange Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) as well as gas and electric safety certificates and gas servicing via our contractors.
