The team has strict criteria against which to assess requests from shared owners wishing to sublet their property. We take care to monitor cases in which consent has been granted for a limited period of time, and we ensure that our records contain up-to-date emergency contact details for any property that is sublet.

For leaseholders selling a 100% stake in their property we are able to provide purchasers with detailed and accurate information on its history and current status.

The team works on a fixed fee basis and undertakes regular value for money analysis of all outsourced surveying and legal services. We protect the interests of each Registered Provider (RP) by following robust procedures and keeping abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory guidance.

At the same time, we endeavour to maintain a flexible service tailored to the needs of individual residents. This is evidenced by a very low level of complaints and a far higher rate of positive feedback.
