Development
Circle (formerly Circle Anglia) is a group built on the premise of strength in the centre supporting local delivery. This ethos is equally true for the development function, which has been aligned with both the Registered Provider (RP) group members within Circle and the strategic development agency partners for whom we deliver new homes.
Circle comprises a number of property-owning RPs. The development activity within the Group is carried out by Circle on behalf of these RPs with completed properties being passed over to be owned and managed by each of the following RP members.
