Circle was awarded the Best Small Development for the Ice Block in Islington in the inaugural year of these awards.
Circle's commitment to providing quality affordable housing to help buyers get a foot on the property ladder was recognised on Friday at the Affordable Home Ownership Awards held in London. Circle won the award for "Best Small Development" for the Ice Block in Islington. The development is a mixed tenure scheme and includes 21 apartments for shared ownership. All the units were successfully sold by Circle Living's Sales & Marketing Team to local residents.
Jasmine Fletcher was the lead Sales & Marketing Officer for the scheme and represented the Group by collecting the award at the ceremony. It was the first year that the Affordable Home Ownership Awards were run, so it was a great achievement to be the first company to win this new award.
