Circle comprises a number of property-owning Registered Providers (RPs). Development activity within the group is carried out by Circle on behalf of these RPs with completed properties being passed over to be owned and managed by each RP member (group partner).
Circle has, since its formation, been highly successful in terms of growth, both through the traditional development route and also through merger/ acquisition/ stock / transfer activity. These functions within the Group dovetail to support one another and have allowed the group to not only increase the number of affordable housing within its area of operation, but also spread overhead costs and drive efficiencies and increase productivity through the Development function.
The purpose of this Strategy is to outline the approach Circle takes to development activity and where the group will look to develop for the forthcoming year.
