Our
area of operation map (PDF) (148 KB) sets out Circle’s current area of development operation, which is supported by local management activity across the region.
Circle will seek to work with key stakeholders and partners to deliver a range of tenures and housing options across this geographical spread and seek out solutions to meet key housing needs through innovation, efficiency and with a clear focus on delivery, working in partnership with the public and private sector to create housing solutions.
The Group will further look to expand beyond these geographical boundaries where we can support a wider strategic objective of the Group, be this working with another partner RP or stakeholder or a new group member, who can deliver local services in line with the group's ethos and standards.
Circle will not look to develop outside of its core area without the ability to provide local management, either directly or through others, but will follow the belief of working in true partnership to deliver excellent services on every new scheme. This strategy is therefore fully aligned to the Group Business Growth strategy and both are focused on supporting each other and Circle’s growth ambitions.
