Circle has made considerable progress with our mutual exchange service, House Exchange, which now has over 150 landlords signed up. Heidi, a single mum of 42, lives in a terraced house with her six year old son. She recently swapped to this property using House Exchange, moving from Thorpe End in Norwich to Marlpit in Hellesdon. "I found the website very easy to use, I’m not that brilliant on computers and even I found it really easy’. Heidi incurred minimal financial cost in opting to swap with House Exchange, the emotional cost was equally limited; ‘it wasn’t at all stressful – it was the easiest thing in the world".
