Paul Rickard to join Circle as Director of Corporate Finance

The New Year will welcome Paul Rickard as Director of Corporate Finance at Circle. This will build on Circle’s corporate finance team’s success in securing over £2b of facilities to enhance the liquidity position of the Group, fund the affordable homes programme and structure successful growth opportunities in challenging economic circumstances.
Circle bid successful - contract with HCA signed

We are delighted to have been successful in our bid and signed a contract with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). Over the next four years this will add 1,675 homes to our existing programme and deliver a total of 3,429 desperately needed homes, including 250 homes in partnership with three other housing associations.

Almost 9 out of 10 (88 per cent) local authorities admit that cuts to housing support ‘will put vulnerable people at risk’ and more than 90 per cent say they ‘will create more costs elsewhere in the system’, according to a major new report published today.

Circle, one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing, has released an OJEU Notice and a Prequalification Questionnaire to procure partners to provide responsive repairs and maintenance services in a contract lasting up to ten years.
