Circle bid successful - contract with HCA signed
We are delighted to have been successful in our bid and signed a contract with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). Over the next four years this will add 1,675 homes to our existing programme and deliver a total of 3,429 desperately needed homes, including 250 homes in partnership with three other housing associations.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and it is incredibly important to us that we put their needs first when setting future rent levels. We are fully aware of the challenges facing our customers in the current economic climate. So, our rent setting for new residents as part of this programme will be based on strict affordability criteria using detailed research on individual properties. This is crucial in our mission to enhance life chances.
