TSA Local standards pilot
Wherry Housing Association has been successful in bidding for funds to pilot the TSA local standards.
The funds have been made available to deliver a Local Standards pilot in Terrington St Clement near Kings Lynn. Wherry will deliver a common standard of Neighbourhood and Estate Management together with the three other social landlords who operate on the estate.
Wherry have already carried out extensive work in this area tackling ASB and nuisance issues and are looking forward to working with the other RP’s to enhance this work to make Terrington St Clement a place where residents feel safe and improve the quality of life.
The TSA will be publicising the successful Local Standard Pilot in the national housing papers and will disseminate the learning from the pilot to all RPs nationally.
