Welcome to Viewpoint: Winter 2009

It has been a productive and busy year for Circle Anglia and we are delighted to have been joined by Mercian Housing Association. This new partnership means that from early next year we will be managing over 51,500 homes and providing services for more than of 187,000 people. Viewpoint Header 3We are also pleased to announce that we will be welcoming a new Chair to our Board from January. Sir Robin Young succeeds Roger Humber as Chair. Robin is a former Permanent Secretary at both the Department for Trade and Industry and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

We look forward to welcoming him and his enormous amount of valuable experience. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Roger for all his encouragement and support over the last few years and wish him well in the future.

In this edition you will read about some of our work around retro-fitting of homes, about our recent shared ownership research and some more about our award winning work in communities.
