Do you need support to remain independent in your own home?
We can help you with:
- finding and setting up a new home
- claiming benefits and budgeting
- understanding your housing rights
- parenting and life skills
- dealing with neighbour disputes
- concerns about abuse and domestic violence
- safety advice
- getting disability adaptations
- accessing training, education and jobs
- making contact with local groups and clubs.
Our trained staff regularly visit to support clients through any emotional or challenging crisis they may be experiencing, and help them take the steps they need to remain independent at home.
In addition to the housing support we offer in Tonbridge and Malling we have now expanded our services into East and West Kent.
With funding from the Supporting People team, it maybe possible to provide these services free of charge.
