Our Partners and Partnerships

Mercian has established strong links and works in partnership with fellow Circle Housing Group registered providers (RPs) and organisations, as well as local authorities and other local agencies and forums in the West Midlands.

Partnership working

Working in successful partnership with other organisations is our well recognised strength. We have a positive reputation of working with local authorities and other agencies to contribute to the delivery of housing, regeneration and neighbourhood priorities in the region.

We are also committed to working with other organisations in alliances and more formal partnerships. In many neighbourhoods and sub-regions we are able to provide expertise and resources to provide a package of connected services contributing to achieving sustainable communities.

Mercian has an excellent reputation for providing good quality homes which respond to local housing need but we could not succeed without the support of local authorities with their detailed understanding of local needs and priorities and their strategic overview of the work of housing associations and other housing providers.
