To ensure you receive the best possible leasehold, shared ownership and freehold management services, Mercian is working with Circle to provide specialist services to our homeowners. Circle has considerable expertise in managing the technical and legal aspects of our services, and help us deliver these in a consistent and efficient manner.

What does this mean for residents in leasehold, shared ownership or freehold properties?

You will still pay your rent, service charges and/or ground rent to Mercian. We have a dedicated Leasehold Team based in Birmingham who handle all local enquiries and conduct visits on a regular basis. The team is contactable on 0121-322-7373 (Option 3) and are your first point of contact. Some of the services we provide (such as sales, stair-casing, consent to sub-let and home improvements) are now being dealt with by our specialist team in Norwich, contactable on 0845-234-0791.
