Rent payments

Everything you need to know about paying your rent and help to prevent you falling into arrears.

Rent is a weekly charge paid by residents for the occupancy of their home.

Service charges are made for communal services provided by Mercian and support charges are made for support provided by sheltered scheme officers, a community care alarm or support workers.

Joint tenants are all responsible for the rent, service charge and the support charge where applicable.
