Zenith Development

Zenith is the property development arm of Mercian Housing Association. The company has been established specifically to procure land and buildings for renovation or development, and is charged with delivering Mercian’s growth ambitions.

Zenith’s vision is "to be the future alternative to in-house development teams by providing unbeatable housing related project management and technical services".

Zenith is a company limited by its share guarantee and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercian Housing Association. Zenith has built 500+ homes for Mercian over the past 5 years.

Zenith is unusual in providing development services for a wide range of customers, including Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers utilising our skills in project management and technical services to the benefit of our clients and to Mercian.

Zenith provides homes by building a range of properties from 1 to 4-bedroom houses (or larger still if needed). Schemes are developed by the purchase of land and project managing the construction of new buildings through various subcontractors or by renovating much older housing stock in desperate need of refurbishment. Both types of development not only provide extra housing for local people but also contribute to Mercian's mission of helping develop communities people take pride in.
