Community Safety Service Improvement Group

The main purpose of the Community Safety Service Improvement Group is to review information about the performance of the Anti-Social Behaviour and Neighbourhood Warden services.

GraffittiThe group will also be instrumental in developing service improvement proposals and reviewing their implementation, acting as a scrutiny panel for all aspects of the service.

Attached to this group will be a number of working groups, and these will be open to any other interested residents. Working groups will look at key problem areas of anti-social behaviour and community safety.

Key objectives of the Community Safety Service Improvement Group are:

  • Influence from the outset, the setting of service targets and standards as well as major decisions that affect the service.
  • Develop proposals as to how the service can be improved
  • Review and examine best practice in other parts of the Circle Group and transfer these to MPH if applicable
  • Monitor the implementation of actions resulting from service reviews
  • Focus on developing the local service and what local means to MPH residents

The Anti-Social Behaviour Service Improvement Group will be open to all residents, leaseholders and service charge paying freeholders living in properties owned or managed by Merton Priory Homes.
