Estate Services Improvement Group
Attached to this group will be a number of active work groups. These will be open to any other interested residents who would like to actively take part. Working groups will look at key areas of the estate services and where appropriate, under-take training to become resident inspectors and mystery shoppers.
The Estate Services Improvement Group meets quarterly;
The next scheduled meeting is set to take place on:

- Time: Refreshments are at 6.30pm and the meeting starts at 7pm.
- Venue: Merton Priory Homes, the Grange, 1 Central Road, Morden, SM4 5PQ
The group is open to any and all residents interested in working with us to improve the service.
