Circle Living Service Improvement Panel
The new Service Improvement Panel involves homeowners from across Circle Living. All homeowners can apply to join. The panel will review and scrutinise Circle Living services and be a voice of homeowners to the Circle Living board.
Estate Service Improvement Group
You are invited to get involved in the Estate Services Improvement Group run by the Estate Services Manager, Glen Burnell. The next meeting is on Thursday 2 February 2012.
Circle Living Mystery Shopping
If you would like to get involved with testing the services MPH and Circle Living provide, then you might be interested in Mystery Shopping. Homeowners are asked to call, email and write to staff to test the quality and speed of their response.
