Repairs Service Improvement Group
The group reviews information about performance of the repairs services, assists with developing the service improvement proposals and reviews their implementation. The group acts as a scrutiny panel for all aspects of the service helping tailor the service in line with residents needs.
Attached to this group are working groups which are open to any other interested residents. Working groups look at key areas of the repairs service. The first working group to be formed will be resident inspectors.
The Repairs Service Improvement Group meets quarterly.
The group is open to residents interested in working with us to improve the service.
