Harland Estate Residents' Association (HERA)
Harland Estate Residents’ Association came about through the current chairperson's (Moses Salisu) initial passion to bring the neighbours together in the spirit of unity and harmony once a year in the open area within the neighbourhood. After two organised get-togethers (“Barbeque Fun Day”), neighbours were encouraged by the innovation and became passionate too. In light of this, the community took the next step and formed a recognised residents association.
Associations mission statement “Promoting a community spirit and healthy environment”.
Membership details
The RA has 68 members, which consist of tenants, leaseholders and service charge paying freeholders.

- Residents parking only signage
- Road safety awareness signage
- Estate notice boards
- Replacement of the estate map
- Flowing plant pruning
- Increasing the association membership
