Portland and Lewis Residents' Association (RA)

The RA covers 65 properties in the area of Portland and Lewis Road.

Widening the remit of membership, in order to further resident involvement.
That the committee need to hold at least a minimum of four committee meetings and two public meetings per year
To continuously encourage and increase RA membership in the area.
Notice boards: the community could benefit from notice boards around the estate as another method of communication.
Litter and dog fouling bins: would be of an advantage to the community due to litter problems.
Residents parking only signage: The area suffers from many non-residents parking on the estate leaving limited spaces from residents. By installing these signs could be used as a deterrent for non-residents.
