Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs)
Glebe Court TMO
Glebe Court Management Organisation is a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) set up under the Housing (Right to Manage) Regulations 1994. These regulations allow residents, collectively, to take over the running of their properties subject to proper training.
The TMO is a non-profit making organisation registered as a Housing Co-operative with the Registrar of Friendly Societies under the Industrial & Provident Acts 1964. Glebe Court TMO has been operating since 1st April 1998, when the residents took over the day to day management of the Estate from the London Borough of Merton.
