The Street Properties and Small Blocks Forum is the representative body which Merton Priory Homes uses to consult with residents in relation to:
- Improvements to their property and blocks
- Decisions made concerning the improvement of service delivery
- Decisions on allocating the £50,000 annual budget contained in the transfer promises.
How to apply to the £50,000 budget
The Street Properties and Small Blocks Forum is open to all tenants and leaseholders living in properties managed by Merton Priory Homes. A list of all small blocks and larger estates is attached.
