London & Quadrant (L&Q) is the Government’s FIRST STEPS Agent for South East and South West London. They run the FIRST STEPS service and work closely with Merton Council to help local residents to access affordable home ownership and rented accommodation in Merton. They also help promote affordable housing for sale and rent in other parts of London.
