Our customer ethos is firmly about placing the customer at the heart of our service, designing services to meet their needs. We operate a caretaking service 365 days of the year providing a quick and responsive service to all of our customers.

We deal with a wide range of issues on our estates, including:

Health and Safety
communal lighting
Cleaning communal areas
Tackling environmental crime including graffiti removal, abandon vehicles and fly tipping
Deep clean communal areas in all block properties and external communal areas
Minor communal repairs
landscape maintenance
Window cleaning
Estate Improvements
Estate Inspections

Evening bulk collection

These are provided free of charge four times a year. Residents who live within Merton Priory Homes larger estates blocks can dispose of up to three items of bulk waste at the times shown on the Evening bulk collection schedule (24 KB)

Please put bulk items out for collection on the day the service operates, not before. Items must be placed next to your refuse bin area. This is a free collection service for Merton Priory Homes residents only.

Street and Small Block Evening Collection Service

This service is free to all Merton Priory Homes customers (leaseholders and tenants) who live in a street or small block property. You can book this service by calling us on 0300 500 3000. Residents can dispose of up to three items of bulk waste and can use this service up to four times a year. All customers will be given a collection date and time slot.

If you would prefer to book this service online please click on the online 'Estate services request form' below and complete and submit the form. A date and time slot for the collection of your bulk items will then be sent to you.

Out of Hours

We provide a responsive “out of hours” service all year round with a published emergency telephone contact.
