Caretaking Service
Caretakers are contactable weekdays between 9am and 5pm. You can report minor maintenance issues such as graffiti, faulty communal lighting, communal cleaning and Health & Safety issues to your caretaker by calling the Merton Priory Homes call centre on 0300 500 3000.
Our caretakers are able to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). This include issuing PCNs to people who ignore and break the law in such instances as Dog fouling and parking infringements.
Caretakers all wear I D badges with photographs so that they are easily identifiable to all our residents.
