Parking on Merton Priory Homes estates
Car parking areas are provided on our estates for tenants and leaseholders living there. You must only park in the designated parking areas, not on any other piece of land.
Parking spaces are not allocated. They are available on a first come first served basis.
Further specific information relating to parking is in your Tenancy Agreement.
In summary:
- You must not abandon a vehicle on our housing estate land. We may remove the vehicle and recharge you any reasonable costs for doing so.
- You may only park vehicles on your property if there is a garage, parking space or hard stand with drop down kerb.
- You must only park in the parking areas.
- You must not obstruct access for emergency services.
- Merton Priory Homes do not accept Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN) vehicles on communal land
- You must get our permission before parking any heavy goods or trade vehicle, caravan, boat or similar item on land we own.
