Neighbourhood Services
The Neighbourhood Team works within the following six neighbourhoods each with its own Neighbourhood Officer, supported by
two Senior Neighbourhood Officers:
- Neighbourhood 1 -
East Mitcham (26 KB)(excluding Sadler Close)] - Neighbourhood 2 - St Helier (27 KB)
- Neighbourhood 3 - South Mitcham (30 KB)(including Phipps)
- Neighbourhood 4 - North Mitcham (27 KB)- (including Sadler Close)
- Neighbourhood 5 - West Barnes & Lower Morden (30 KB)(including Hatfeild Mead)
- Neighbourhood 6 - Wimbledon (27 KB)
There are two Sustaining Tenancy Officers who provide support and assistance to vulnerable residents and famililes to help them to sustain their tenancies. A Sheltered Housing Officer who works with residents in our sheltered and supported housing and a Resident Involvement Co-ordinator to provide a customer focused approach to resident involvement across the organisation.
