House Exchange has two exciting features that make it easier for tenants to find their perfect match.
Search for a three way swap
If tenants can’t find a direct swap they can find a third property to complete the house exchange. A three way home swap is a good way of completing more house exchanges. It also helps more people move into homes that are appropriate for their needs.
An example of a three way house exchange is where tenants from property (c) move to property (a) the tenants of property (a) move to a property they like (b) and the tenants of property (b) move to property (c).
Search for those who want my property
If tenants are reasonably open about what they looking for, this search function on the database will find everyone looking for a property similar to theirs.
There is a limited free sign-up period too for non-Circle Anglia customers (or tenants whose landlords are not signed up to the service), from 21st March to 1 April 2011. This free sign-up period will mean that lots of new properties are registered on the site. It will be a good opportunity to remind them to search the site, as lots of new properties will be registered.
