A team most of our residents have come to know as the Call Centre has changed and we would like to introduce to you our new MPH Customer Support Team.
Over the past year we have been working hard on establishing a main one point of contact with our residents, sometimes referred to as ‘one stop shop’, and the new MPH Customer Support Team is the results of this work.
So what does this mean for you? You will still get the same great service you have come to expect from us. You will still submit queries, requests and contact us the same way as you do now. You will still use the same phone number, 0300 500 3000, to talk to our new MPH Customer Support Team.
However, the main difference lies with what the new team will be able to do for you. Our MPH Customer Support Team is trained to deal with your calls and answer all questions you may have without the need to transfer your call to other departments. The new name reflects who the team are and what they do for you – supporting you when you get in touch with us.
The team already deals directly and closes over 50 per cent of service requests that come through to our 0300 500 3000 number without the need to transfer your call to other colleagues; and we are going to increase this number saving you time spend on the telephone with us.
You have our commitment that we will continue to provide you with that same, high quality service in the years ahead.
