About us
Mole Valley Housing Association was established in October 2007 and is part of Circle (formerly Circle Anglia), one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK. Mole Valley Housing Association owns and manages over 3500 homes and properties that were previously owned by Mole Valley District Council. We also own more than 350 leasehold properties.
Who we are
Mole Valley Housing Association (MVHA) Ltd was established as a result of Mole Valley District Council's tenants voting a resounding ‘Yes’ in March 2007 to set up an independent housing association.
We are based in Dorking (Regent House, Station Approach, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1TF).
