Building New Homes
MVHA have a successful development programme and we are currently working hard to provide more new homes in Mole Valley
Mole Valley Housing Association (MVHA) was formed in October 2007 and is part of Circle, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK.
When MVHA was set up, we made a number of promises to residents which included a range of improvements to your homes and our services.
One of these promises was to provide 300 affordable new homes in the area to meet the high demand for housing.
Delivering this promise has been difficult because land is so expensive in Mole Valley and there is very little land available to build on.
Despite the difficult challenge, MVHA have managed to provide 59 homes so far and with Circle’s support, MVHA have secured funding to build more over the coming years so watch this space…..
