“Albion in the community” Football coaching starts in Mole Valley

Mole Valley Housing Association has teamed up with Brighton and Hove Albion. Albion in the community has started running football coaching taster sessions, with a recent session held in Bookham.

Albion In The Community Logo 450 Mole Valley Housing Association has teamed up with Albion in the Community to deliver free football coaching during the spring half term. More than 30 boys and girls, aged between seven and sixteen years, took part in the three football sessions across the district.

The young people came equipped with shin pads and waterproof clothing; they took up the opportunity to take part in the enjoyable football games and learnt how to make healthy changes to their lifestyles.

Mole Valley Housing Association is continuing to work with Albion in the Community. A football Inclusion program for boys and girls will be delivered throughout the next year. The aim is for 7 – 16 year olds, however good at football they are, to have a great time, make new friends, improve their skills and have fun doing it. If you would like your child to take part in future sessions, please contact the community development team.
