Good Neighbour Award

Do you know somebody who has made a real difference to your life or others in the community? Remember you can now say thank you by nominating them for a MVHA Good Neighbour Award.

Award Nominations are always open and a panel of judges will decide on a winner each quarter. The quarterly winner will receive £50 in shopping vouchers of their choice. At the end of
the year the judging panel will choose a good neighbour of the year from the quarterly winners.

The winner of the year will receive £150 in shopping vouchers and the resident who put the nomination forward will receive £50 in shopping vouchers.

MVHA has its first Good Neighbour Award winner.

1st Good Neighbour Award winner Our first quarterly winner Eileen Funnel from Newdigate was nominated by her neighbour Doreen Tidbury. Doreen said, “Eileen has done so much not just for me, but for other residents in the community especially when they have been ill”. The Good neighbour award aims to mark good work that goes unrecognised but makes a difference to the lives of other people.
