We have recently re-formed the leaseholders’ forum. The forum holds regular meetings so that issues can be shared, discussed, and resolved. The forum will allow you to form an independent group, run by leaseholders for leaseholders.
If you require details of the next forum or want to know how to get involved, please email us at: Info@mvha.org.uk
We encouraged residents to attend meetings with us to monitor the Responsive Repair work that is undertaken. This proved such as success that we now have 10 tenants from all over the district and from sheltered housing too who participate in the Gas servicing, and Responsive Repair monthly meetings with our Direct Labour Organisation and our Responsive Repairs contractors. There have been positive changes to the service as a result of the residents input.
Ever fancied being an undercover agent? Want to make a contribution to your community? Then we have the perfect role for you.
We are looking for volunteer mystery shoppers to help us learn more about the quality of our services. All you need to do is contact some of our services and ask for help, then let us know how officially staff dealt with your request.
Full training will be given, and each mystery shopper will carry out four shops over four weeks. By getting involved you are helping us improve our services. To say thank you we'll give you a £10 shopping voucher for each successful shop.
If you are interested please contact: Jumai Gukas on 01306 505530
