Tenants' and residents' associations

Mole Valley Housing Association encourages local groups to form to represent tenants and residents in a particular geographical area, and will give help and support to those that would like to start one up.

Currently there are 3 local Residents' / Community Associations recognised by MVHA in the District:

The Goodwyns Community Group - representing residents of the Goodwyns estate in Dorking

R.O.M.E- representing the Middlemead estate in Great Bookham

Community of Beare Green Residents Association (COBRA)- representing the residents of Highland Road, Leith Road, Leith Corner, Leith Lea, Willow Close,Turner House, Springwell Road and Merebank.
