Appointments - for Repairs and Gas Servicing

We appreciate how difficult it can be for our residents to allow access to their homes to enable us to carry out repairs during normal working hours and we are now pleased to be able to confirm appointments on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings for both repair visits and gas servicing. We are also now able to offer gas servicing arrangements to our leaseholder residents via our contractor Quality Heating.

Appointments for Repairs and Gas Servicing

The evening appointments on Wednesdays are from 4:15 pm to 7:45 pm and the appointments on Saturday mornings are from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon.

When you request a Wednesday evening or Saturday morning appointment we will find the earliest available appointment to offer you. However, please be aware that there will be occasions when demand for this service means there may be a longer wait for the appointment than if we were offering one during the normal working week.

Gas Servicing available to Leaseholders

Mole Valley Housing Association offers gas servicing arrangements to our leaseholder residents via our contractor Quality Heating.

Quality Heating’s operatives are all Gas Safe registered so you can have complete confidence that the servicing of your gas appliances is being undertaken by fully qualified staff.
