Caretakers & their duties
Mole Valley Housing Association's caretakers carry out a number of duties on a regular basis.
Weekly Rota Duties
- General caretaking of the MVHA housing stock estates
- Bin rotation in some areas
- Check bin areas
- Litter picking in all areas
- Checks on communal lighting/light bulb changes
- Sticker abandoned cars
- Alarm testing
- Dealing with fly tipping
- Sheltered housing duties
- Graffiti removal – small areas
- Laundry room inspections
Additional Duties
- Collecting rubbish for the tip
- General deliveries
- Sheltered Housing collections and other duties
- Deliver letters
- Garage clearances and inspections
- Property clearance
- Removals
- Cleaning – small areas
