This is the team that manages your tenancy. They will deal with the day to day issues that arise relating to your tenancy such as amending your tenancy, dealing with nuisance isues, addresses anti-social behaviour and much more.

Ouer Income team are here to make sure we collect the rental income and that any arrears situations are managed appropriately. They can also assist you with your rent enquiries and to talk to you if your find yourself in financial difficulties and struggling to meet your commitments. This is the team that meets and greets you as you come into Regent House reception or if you call in on our main telephone line number. They are always happy to assist you in any way they can.
