Neighbourhood Services

Neighbourhood Services is the department that manages your tenancies, looks after your estates, is responsible for collecting your rent, meets and greets you when you come to the office and often answers your telephone call when you ring the office.

Neighbourhoods Team

This is the team that manages your tenancy. They will deal with the day to day issues that arise relating to your tenancy such as amending your tenancy, dealing with nuisance isues, addresses anti-social behaviour and much more.

Estate Services Team (part of the Neighbourhoods Team)

This team looks after the estates, making sure they are clean and safe, and they manage the contractors that carry out grounds maintenance and cleaning. if you want to know more about the team and their work you can contact the team through the link below or you can view our Estates Services page.

Income Team

Ouer Income team are here to make sure we collect the rental income and that any arrears situations are managed appropriately. They can also assist you with your rent enquiries and to talk to you if your find yourself in financial difficulties and struggling to meet your commitments. Customer Services Team

This is the team that meets and greets you as you come into Regent House reception or if you call in on our main telephone line number. They are always happy to assist you in any way they can.
