In this section you will find a guide to our programme of work from April 2011- March 2012 for the external improvements to blocks of flats.
What work is included in external improvements?
External improvements works could include the following work but may vary from property to property based on what type of work is necessary;
- Cyclical decorations to the communal areas and previously painted surfaces
- Window repairs/replacements and door replacements
- Repairs/replacement to rainwater goods
- Installation of intercom to communal entry doors

Please note that our programmes of work may be subject to change dependent on budget constraints. From time to time it is possible that works to your block may be brought forward or even delayed and put back into another programme of work.
