Renting a garage

MVHA have over 900 garages throughout the district for rent.

Prices range from £8.60 for tenants and leaseholders to £10.32 for non tenants of MVHA. (a further charge of £12.98 is applicable to people who rent a garage not in their immediate area).

All applicants go onto a waiting list but preference is given to MVHA tenants and leaseholders although they have to have clear rent accounts before being offered a garage. Once we receive your application form it is acknowledged and then an offer made once one becomes available and you are next on the list.

The garages must be used for a motorised vehicle and so cannot be used for storage/builders materials etc.

All new licencees must provide some formal piece of identification on sign up and pay 2 weeks rent up front and be prepared for all future payments to be taken by direct debit.
