If you are finding it difficult to pay your rent it is very important that you contact us immediately. We understand that problems can arise and we will help and advise you as much as we can before things get out of hand.
We will work with you to reach a realistic agreement to pay off your arrears, taking into account your income and essential spending needs. If your arrears continue to grow and we cannot reach agreement to clear them, we will take legal action.
We will take firm action if you fall behind with your rent and do not talk to us.
